Kampung Chicken Stewed with Chinese Wines, Pan-fried Minced Pork with Salted Fish & Water Chesnut,  Tenderly Stewed Pork with “Mui Choy”, Stir-fried Pork with Sze Chuan Vegetable, Deep-fried Pork Intestines, Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Sliced Grouper in Black Bean Sauce and many many more. Our Chef meticulously planned the favorites to blend perfectly with our healthy sweet potatoes slow fired boiled congee or Steamed White Rice.  The same selection will also be served for late night supper from  9 pm to 11 pm and it is definitely a wise choice for a lighter and less greasy diet.
